Mr. Corcoran has over 27 years of experience as a real estate professional and Certified Public Accountant, specializing in the investment aspects of commercial real estate assets. His vast experience in the real estate field, coupled with his education, has made him a valuable asset to his real estate investment clients.
Mr. Corcoran is a founder of this company. His experience includes working with private and institutional investors, focusing on acquisitions, property management, financial analysis, and tax planning strategies for their real estate portfolios.
Mr. Corcoran is an Illinois licensed Certified Public Accountant, an Illinois licensed real estate Managing Broker, a member of both the Illinois CPA Society and of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mary Corcoran
Mary Corcoran has been active in commercial real estate for almost 20 years. Mary’s expertise is leasing and sales of retail, industrial and office properties. Experience has provided Mary with the knowledge and skills to seek out leasing prospects for unique properties, find investment opportunities for clients, and ultimately adding value to their property portfolios.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of St Frances, and is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
