The Midland Building is a 500,000 sq ft classic Chicago style building from  the early 20th century. We are located minutes from downtown Chicago. Our building is host to many high-end furniture design and manufacturing firms,  creating unique products for home, office and other professional uses. We have a distinctive mix of creative businesses offering a wide range of products and designs, with manufacturing and showroom facilities. We present a large variety of space, ranging from small offices, to up to 60,000 square feet.

 

Our building is fully sprinklered, offers 24/7 card key access, and on-site management. Although, some of our tenants have their own showrooms, we are presently developing a tenant-run Design Center, to offer our designers a place within the building to display their creations, and offer a space for shows and meetings.
